What is CV2 OR Security Code?
It is the three-digit number printed in the signature space on the back of most credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. The CVV2 number is always the last group of numbers in the signature space on the back of the card. It is not part of your regular credit card number.
Which payment cards do you accept?
Payment to WF Parking is carried out safely and securely via Worldpay, which accepts:
- Visa (Credit)
- Visa (Debit)
- American Express
However some charges do apply for use of credit cards.
What happens if I return earlier than agreed?
Returning late is not a problem. If there is a delay in returning to Southampton we request you keep us informed to prevent any delays in accessing your car when you do return. In addition, each extra day is charged at £10.00 and must be paid prior to your departure from WF Parking. Unfortunately, insufficient notification about a delayed return may result in a wait for your vehicle to be returned to you.
Is it possible to change the details of my vehicle?
If you need to change the details of your vehicle this can be simply carried out by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 02380 644 488 with the following details:
- Booking reference
- Existing booking details
- New vehicle details
There is no charge for changing the details of your vehicle.
Can I add valet to an existing reservation/booking?
It is quick and easy to add valet to an existing booking. Just contact us at email@example.com or call us on 02380 644 488 with your existing booking details and we can add any valet service you require.
How can I cancel by booking?
If you booked through a booking agent, please contact them directly as they will have their own relevant terms and conditions with regards to cancellation.
If you have booked directly with WF Parking, we require 24 hours notice otherwise full charges will apply. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 02380 644 488 to cancel your booking. If you cancel your booking with 24 hours notice then your booking charge can be refunded with the exception of a £10.00 admin charge.
Will WF Parking drivers be able to drive my car?
All of the staff at WF Parking are professional, experienced and proficient at driving a variety of cars including sports cars, large 4X4s, cars with large engines and automatics. If your car has special modifications or has the steering wheel on the left hand side of the car, this is not a problem but we do request you inform us in advance to prevent any delays for you.
Are WF Parking staff insured to drive my car?
All of the staff at WF Parking have comprehensive insurance with…….. to drive your car on public roads. This means your car is covered on our insurance whilst it’s in our care. This insurance does not cover the contents of the car and WF Parking therefore isn’t liable for any personal belongings which are left within your vehicle. Despite the best efforts of our security personnel, we recommend that you remove any valuables from your car in advance.

- M3 – Exit at junction 13, then take Leigh road and follow signs for Eastleigh train station, until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout turn right onto Southampton road/A335, then left on Campbell round and WF Parking is located over the railway bridge and on your left.
- M27 – Exit at junction 5 and take the A335/Southampton road until you hit a roundabout. At the roundabout continue left on the Southampton road for 2.5 miles until you reach a small roundabout. Here take the third exit, back the way you came and then turn left onto Campbell road. WF Parking is located over the railway bridge and on your left.
Are there disabled facilities?
Our drivers are eager to assist you with your luggage and acquiring a trolley. Unfortunately our drivers aren’t able to escort you into the airport, as they are required to stay with their vehicle. However, special assistance can be prearranged directly with Southampton Airport as required.
Are there restrictions on the size of my car?
WF Parking can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m and under 2.2m. You’ll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can’t be taken for Meet and Greet services and will cost extra for other packages. How safe will me car be on the WF Parking site?
We take great pride in the security of our parking facility, which is made secure by two fences, high-tech CCTV and regular patrols. In addition, WF Parking holds the ‘Park Mark’ safer parking award from the British Parking Association. This is accredited to car parks, which demonstrate excellent security and have been checked by the police to ensure that the car park is a safe place for you and your vehicle.
What are your opening hours?
Our car parks are open every day 4AM – 11PM except Christmas day and operate in accordance with the flight schedule at Southampton airport. This means that if there are flights operating, then the car park will be staffed to meet your needs.
What happens if my car is damaged in the car park?
We encourage you to check the state of your car before exiting our parking facility, as claims can’t be considered once your vehicle has WF Parking. If your car has been damaged in our care, please contact the Duty Manager as a matter of urgency. In the event that damage has occurred to your car due to our negligence we will finance the necessary repairs to restore your vehicle to the condition it was when it entered our care.
Am I entitled to a refund if I return early?
With regrets, you are not entitled to a refund if you return early as we are unable to re-book the space that has been reserved for your vehicle.
How long will I need to wait at the airport?
Park & Ride
- Our Bus transfers run on demand to minimise waiting times.
- Please phone us when you collect your baggage on 02380 644 488 to ensure we are waiting for you at the airport and you don’t have to wait at all.
Meet & Greet
- Please phone us when you collect your baggage on 02380 644 488 to ensure we have your car waiting for you at the airport when you are ready to leave.
Executive Meet & Greet
- As long as you have informed us which flight you are returning into Southampton with, we will endeavor to be waiting for you when you leave the airport.

What happens if I am running late for my flight?
Upon arriving at WF Parking inform the Duty Manager of your situation and we will do everything in our power to get you to the airport ASAP.
Do you account for traffic between the airport and car park during rush hour?
Yes, we are very experienced at judging how long it will take to transport you to and from the airport. However, we recommend that you arrive at our car park at least 30 minutes? prior to your check in time.
What if my flight is delayed?
We carefully monitor all the flights landing at Southampton airport so we are aware of any changes to flight scheduling. When you do arrive, please phone us after you have collected your luggage so we are aware of your imminent transport needs.
Will I receive confirmation of my booking by email?
When you successfully make a booking with WF Parking, you will receive email confirmation which should arrive within 10 minutes. However, if there are any mistakes with the email address you gave us, this will cause the email to fail.
Can I upgrade from Park & Ride to a Meet & Greet service?
